CRIMES

Mar 1980: Jail 3.5 years (served 20 months). Affray from Attempted Murder

5 Chinese Waiters attacked Dave with machettes, knives, a meat cleaver and kebab scewers. Dave fought back, and was charged with Affray from an attempted murder. He served 20 months in HMP Coldingley, Woking, Surrey.

Jul 1989: Jail 1 year (suspended). Possession of a firearm

Reported in The Sun 17/9/1990. Caught after a routine stop, Dave was arrested and charged with illegally possessing a swan-off shotgun. Dave said he was looking after it for someone else.

Jul 1989: Not Guilty. Reading Crown Court. Causing fight outside of a nightclub

16 Oct 1990 ~ The Sun: Fight in a pub beer garden over a nightclub contract

Received bites to his ear and nose, in which part of it had to be heavily stitched. They both shook hands and Dave went to hospital.

13 Dec 1990 ~ The Daily Telegraph: Fine £225. Possession of Canabis and Obstructing a Police Officer

2 Aug 1994 ~ Daily Express: Dave, Frazer, Minder, Charlie Richardson, Charlie Kray, Minder, Alex Steene jointly visited Reggie Kray in Maidstone prison.

Dave served time in HMP Wormwood Scrubbs, was shot in the leg in Peckham, South East London, and served a total of 5.5years in HMP Belmarsh Special Unit for crimes he was not guilty of. Dave received over 20 not guilty decisions by various Courts.
